We turn the commercial brief into engineering requirements, product architecture, feasibility decisions and a target cost that can guide the programme.

We develop mechanical and electro-mechanical designs with input from manufacturing suppliers. We review materials, tolerances, assembly and tooling before releasing the drawings.

We build prototypes to check function, fit and durability, then use the test results to revise the design before committing to production tooling.

We qualify suppliers, review tooling, manage trials and pilot builds, then close production issues until the output is stable and commercially ready.
